Cognicor Technologies, a Company incubated at the NRI-TBI facility of Infopark had won the KMA-NASSCOM IT Awards 2013 for the Emerging IT Start-up category. They have received the award on 7th February 2014 at the 33rd Annual National Management Convention, at Le Meridien International Convention Centre, Kochi.
Cognicor is first incubated in India under NRI-TBI incubation (NRI-TBI – A joint venture of Govt of India , Norka-roots and Infopark Kochi). Founded by CEO Dr. Sindhu Joseph with 6 US patents in Artificial intelligence, CogniCor functions as the provider of automated complaint resolution service. The technology minimizes the need for human intervention in resolving complaints for service sector companies (Telecoms, airlines, e-commerce, insurance). The core team includes Rosh Cherian,CTO and Jyothis K.S Indian operation Head,the company is the winner of many Awards including European Commission’s new grand startup prize in the EU-wide Tech All Stars Competition, European Commission’s new grand startup prize in the EU-wide Tech All Stars Competition and BDigital Award for Digital Innovation in the category of R&D&I projects by small companies and entrepreneurs.
